Four people · small games · one small studio
4Theory Games is a four-person crew making visual novels, idle games, rhythm oddities and a card game we cannot stop tinkering with. Everything here is made by the same four pairs of hands, no outsourcing, no roadmap committee.

An idle game told entirely in text: you raise your character in a dying kingdom, and it keeps fighting while you are away. Stats, resources and equipment grow, and the log you come back to reads like a chronicle someone else wrote about your choices.
In development
Tower defence on the downbeat. Enemies march in time, your turrets fight automatically meanwhile you focus on the rhythm to recharge it's power, and every track is a level with its own rules. Miss the groove and the lane collapses; nail it and the whole screen locks into the music.
What if Joan of Arc fought alongside Blackbeard? In Anachron, you weave a dream team of 4 historical heroes to clash in a tactical, turn-based Arena. Build a custom deck for each champion from their unique abilities and unleash history-defying combos.
Public playtest
We met making things nobody asked for and never really stopped. 4Theory Games is deliberately four people: small enough that every decision fits in one conversation, big enough to actually ship. We prototype fast, kill ideas without ceremony, and keep the ones that still feel good after a month.
One line about what Stefano actually does all day, and the one game he refuses to stop balancing.
One line about what Elisabetta brings to the group chat, plus a detail that makes her sound like a person.
One line about Dmitri's corner of the codebase and the thing he built that nobody else understands.
One line about Alessandro, the part of the game he owns, and something slightly unhinged he enjoys.
Playtesters, composers, curators, and people with strong opinions about card balance: we read everything. One mail a month, no launch spam.
